Steve was first licensed with the MLCC, in 1972, as a Vendor Rep for Smirnoff Vodka. In 1980, SLD Realty was created specializing in the sale and transfer of party stores, bars, and restaurants. As of April 2020 SLD Realty has been involved in over 1300 Michigan liquor license transactions.

Class C Resort: On Premise license to serve Beer, Wine, and Liquor. License can be used anywhere in the State of Michigan. 550 were authorized by the State
Class B-H: ( Bar/Hotel) Serving Ber, Wine, and Liquor On premise license and can be used throughout the entire Hotel/Motel
SDM: Off premise. Allows the sale of Beer & Wine for take out
SDD: Off Premise. Allows the sale of Beer, Wine, and Liquor for take out
